OURS

Here are a few pictures of the house. Yes, it needs paint and just a few other things but otherwise is in terrific shape. Painting will be our first and biggest chore. We're going for a warmer color. Not sure about the faux yet. It depends on how it looks with the new paint. We're thinking Macadamia Nut as the neutral color. Bill's brother had this in the house he just sold and we really liked it. Any suggestions for the contrasting colors on a wall or two to add depth? On the card Basket Beige looked nice, but I think it's too close. I have seen Dapper Tan, and it's pretty cool. Then again do we go with red or something more colorful to contrast? It's difficult to pick out color on a computer monitor, I know.

Oh, yes, the red pendants are a definite eyesore to me. Those will be changed right away. What were they thinking?

What were the selling points of this house for us? It's on a cul-de-sac, the counter tops are granite, the tile is Travertine and the garage has built in cabinets and the floor is epoxied. The back yard rocks. Or at least it will once we get it and the pool cleaned up. The pool has a waterfall, which we really enjoyed in our last home.
