The Air Force Thunderbirds have been flying over my house today as they practice for the semi-annual air show out at Luke Air Force Base. Two years ago I lived 3 miles closer, it was cloudy and rainy with a very low sky but I had a lousy camera. This year I was determined to get pictures with my new camera and telephoto lens. I had hoped the morning clouds would hang around until they took to the skies for practice this afternoon but that didn't happen.
